Brezza Marina is a holiday home with unique and authentic character located in the heart of the historic center of Sorrento. It is located on the ground floor and has direct access from the street, preserving a typical charm but without giving up the comforts of a modern home. Complete with two bedrooms, one full bathroom and one service bathroom, lounge area with kitchen, you can take advantage of Wi-Fi, Air conditioning in all the rooms and is complete with sheets and towels.

Typical apartment of the historic center of Sorrento but furnished in a modern style, it can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with:

The open space living room is complete with a lounge area and kitchen / dining area.
The dining area has a table with chairs, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare full meals or simply enjoy a snack overlooking the historic center of Sorrento.
The fully equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to have breakfast, dinner or simply enjoy an aperitif.

Bathrooms:
• Full bathroom with Shower, Toiletries, Face / Body towels

Guest Access
Our traditional Sorrento Apartment is located in a very safe area in Sorrento Old Town. The apartment is set on the ground and first floor, however there is no elevator which is also very rare to find in other buildings located in this area. You will have complete private access to the property and there are also no shared areas or common spaces with other guests.

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:

• Cleaning fee: 80€ total per stay
• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night
• Late Check In: 50€ from (7pm - Midnight)

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Parking
We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance.Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.

Brezza Marina accommodation is located in the Old Town, known for being the most vibrant and authentic area with plenty of historical and architectural attractions to visit, it’s also within walking distance to the local restaurants, bars, shops and beaches, great if you’re traveling as a family or friends. You can find a pharmacy, supermarket and grocery store all within 5 mins walk of the property which is great if you’re needing to purchase some essential items if you’re choosing to dine at home or if you’re looking to explore and do not enjoy walking or traveling very far, especially if you have small children with you.
