The descriptions of accommodations, services, tours, and experiences provided on the site are accurate and up-to-date, except for errors or changes not attributable to the provider.
The main features of the services offered are detailed in the information sheets accessible on the Portal.
3. Booking Procedures
● Service Selection and Confirmation: The customer can book accommodations, tours, and/or experiences by selecting dates, the number of guests, and other parameters via the portal.
● Payment: At the time of booking, the customer will be required to make a full or partial payment, as indicated on the site and in the booking information sheet.
● Booking Confirmation: After completing the payment process, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the booking summary and applicable terms. Customers are advised to save the email on paper or electronically. Tsuyo s.r.l. is not responsible for invalid email addresses and/or failure to receive the confirmation email due to reasons not directly attributable to the company.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the booking system. Upon receiving the payment confirmation, the customer agrees to verify all travel documents received and to immediately contact Tsuyo s.r.l. at [email protected] in case of errors.
4. Conclusion of the Contract
To make a booking, customers must read and approve these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by ticking the appropriate checkbox on the payment page.
Failure to accept these General Terms and Conditions will prevent customers from making bookings on the portal.
Booking a service on the Portal constitutes a binding contractual proposal by the customer. When the customer makes a booking, they accept the applicable conditions displayed during the booking process and declare that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The contract is considered concluded when the customer receives a booking confirmation email containing the summary of the requested services and the total price.
Providing a credit card number and final validation of the purchase constitutes proof of the purchase and makes the amounts due for the booking enforceable.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information contained in the confirmation email and report any inaccuracies within 24 hours of receipt.
Tsuyo s.r.l. reserves the right to suspend or cancel, at its discretion and at any time, a booking in cases of non-payment, partial payment, delayed payment, or fraud or attempted fraud using the Site, including fraud related to previous bookings.
Tsuyo s.r.l. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders:
● From customers involved in ongoing legal disputes with Tsuyo s.r.l.;
● From customers who have previously violated these Terms and Conditions;
● From customers involved in any type of fraud, especially credit card fraud or scalping;
● From customers who provided false, fictitious, incomplete, or inaccurate personal data or failed to provide requested documents promptly or provided invalid documents during the payment process.
5. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT and other applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Any extra charges (final cleaning, security deposit, etc.) will be clearly indicated before booking confirmation.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Any deposits and balances must be paid according to the terms specified during the booking process.
6. Cancellation and Modification Policies
The terms for cancellations and modifications of bookings, along with any costs and penalties, are detailed in each service description. They are specifically indicated in each booking request and summarized in the confirmation email.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are informed that, as per Article 59 of the Consumer Code, contracts for the provision of accommodation for non-residential purposes, transportation of goods, car rental services, catering services, or leisure activities that specify a date or period of execution are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
For cases not covered by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, consumers can withdraw within 14 days of the service contract conclusion.
8. Customer Obligations
Customers agree to provide truthful and complete information during the booking process.
● During their stay, customers must comply with the rules of the hosting facility, including check-in/out times, maximum guest numbers, and behavioral guidelines.
● During tours or experiences, customers must adhere to the provider's rules, including schedules, maximum guest numbers, and behavioral guidelines.
● Customers must ensure they have the necessary travel documents, such as valid identification and, if required, visas and health certifications.
9. Liability and Limitations
The provider is not liable for:
● Disruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, service interruptions, etc.);
● Incorrect information provided by customers or third parties.
The provider strives to ensure the utmost accuracy and reliability of the information published on the site and to deliver the contracted services with diligence and professionalism. However, to the extent permitted by law, the provider is not responsible for:
● Incorrect or incomplete information on the website due to technical errors or third-party contributions beyond the provider’s control;
● Indirect, consequential damages, or loss of economic opportunities not resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct by the provider;
● Force majeure events preventing service delivery, such as natural disasters, health emergencies, wars, government actions, or interruptions by essential third-party service providers (e.g., utilities, transportation, telecommunications).
