Damages and Additional Expenses
You will be responsible for any damages to the rented property caused during your stay.

Starlink Wi-Fi is free. High-speed internet is available throughout the entire property, with speeds of up to 700 Mbps download and 300 Mbps upload, ensuring seamless streaming, remote work, and video conferencing.

Elevator
The property features a mirrored hydraulic elevator, equipped with triple safety systems, GSM emergency connectivity, and secure access via code, ensuring maximum safety, reliability, and privacy.

Waste
Separate waste collection is required. There is a bin for plastic, one for paper, one for mixed waste (e.g., batteries, diapers, female hygiene products, aluminum), and one for organic/food waste.

A scheduled waste collection calendar is in place and must be strictly respected. Guests are kindly asked to follow the timetable indicated for placing the bins outside.
