The outdoor garden is an oasis of peace and relaxation, enjoy some much needed relaxation on hot summer days on the sun loungers surrounding the outdoor swimming pool. Our beautiful Villa is also immersed in a beautiful setting dominated by a lush, verdant olive groves as well as it’s very own land where many fruits and vegetables are grown.

Guest Access
When staying at the Villa you will have complete access to the whole Luxury Villa including the Private Swimming Pool. The villa is composed by 5 double rooms, accommodating up to 10 people, all the rooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, safe, minibar, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

• Tourist tax - €1.50 per day, per person, for the first 7 nights

• A Security deposit in EURO to be given to the manager upon arrival of €800. The deposit will be returned upon check-out minus any charges for damage cause

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation by the customer, the sum in % of the price must be paid to us agreed equal to:
• 40% between the 60th and 30th day before the start of the stay
• 60% between the 29th and 21st day
• 80% 20 Days prior to arrival
• 100% 7 Days prior to arrival

Our luxury and stylish Villa is located on a quiet hilly area but also not far from the centre. Very close to the beaches of Nerano and the Punta Campanella path, famous throughout the world. It is possible to reach the structure via a narrow secondary road but accessible by car.
