The Space

The main villa unfolds across multiple levels, with all interiors furnished in a refined Mediterranean style that combines functionality with understated elegance. Its position — only a 10-minute private boat transfer from Massa Lubrense and approximately one hour from Naples harbor — provides easy access to iconic destinations such as Positano, Amalfi and Capri, while maintaining total privacy and isolation from mass tourism. All transfers are coordinated in advance by the on-site team to ensure smooth arrival and departure operations.

Historical Background
The island holds a rare historical, archaeological and artistic heritage. It preserves important Roman nymphaeums and a complex of ancient hydraulic works, dating between the first and fifth centuries AD, when the well-off Romans retreated here to enjoy a life of leisure. In more recent times, the property became the long-term residence of one of the most renowned Italian actors and playwrights of the 20th century, who found inspiration here for many of his masterpieces. Today, the island remains a protected natural environment within the Punta Campanella Marine Protected Area and a nesting ground for the Corsican Gull, an endangered Mediterranean species.

Private Dock
The property features its own private dock used for arrivals, departures and excursions, allowing guests to enjoy boat transfers and private explorations of the Amalfi Coast directly from the island. Daily boat transfers to and from the nearest beach are available between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
